I’m an organizational consultant with extensive experience guiding companies, managers, and organizations through change and growth processes.

With over 20 years of experience, I help businesses build smart organizational structures, improve processes, and create stable growth engines that drive real results.

I believe in practical, results-driven consulting, combining strategic insights with actionable solutions.

Each process is tailored to the organization's unique needs, with the goal of strengthening organizational resilience and leading effective change that delivers real value.

Extensive Experience in Consulting for Public and Private Sector Companies

For a decade, I worked in the public sector, where I led the establishment of new operational frameworks, designed organizational structures, and aligned work processes with organizational strategy and goals.

I then transitioned to the private sector, guiding small and medium-sized companies through their growth management—balancing rapid responses to external changes with the creation of stable, long-term processes that enable efficient and sustainable operations.

A Strong Foundation in Organizational Management Challenges

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Consulting and Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), and I am a graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Directors Program.

My academic background and professional experience allow me to deeply understand organizational complexities and design processes that drive stable business growth. I focus on creating a healthy and structured management foundation, enabling companies to operate efficiently and scale successfully.
