I believe that every real change starts from within. Internal change is the source of development, the ability to reach goals, and the creation of external change.

Therefore, whether it is a large organization, a growing company, or an small business, the starting point is to understand the forces from within. Understanding the structure, processes, and work methods. And the best moment is when the "penny drops", you get a more comprehensive understanding of the situation, and you realize what you need to do.​

I have more than 20 years of experience, including 10 years of experience in the public service, where I led and participated in the establishment of new divisions, planned and led organizational changes, and implemented processes and procedures.

From there, I moved to the private sector, and experienced one of the main challenges of small companies that are constantly growing , which is to balance between rapid changes and the need to quickly respond to external changes, and the need to establish stability.
Today I am using the experience and knowledge I have accumulated, for the benefit of my clients.​

I have a master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in consulting and Human Resource management, a bachelor's degree in social work (BSW) and I'm a graduate of Tel Aviv University's directors' program.

The academic background and the experience I have accumulated provide me with a strong foundation for understanding the various layers of the company's conduct and the various forces that operate within, and influencing the company from within and without, and for establishing a healthy and proper infrastructure for management, which enables the company to work and grow properly.
